Peter Zipper
President, Caye International Bank, Ltd.
Mr. Zipper is head of Caye International Bank, Ltd., based in Belize and actively participates in marketing for the Bank worldwide. He has been involved in marketing and international business development in the private banking industry for over 20 years, and is an authority on offshore banking and investment centers. Mr. Zipper has lectured at thousands of conferences and spoken on television and radio shows around the world, in both English and German. Mr. Zipper began his career in banking in Canada in the early 1980's, before moving to Vienna, Austria. There he was responsible for international business development at a European bank for 17 years. During this time, he developed and conducted sales, marketing and management training programs, and initiated and developed the international marketing program for the bank.

Mark Skousen is a professional economist, financial advisor, university professor, and author of over 20 books. In 2004, he was an adjunct professor at Columbia University's Graduate School of Business. Since 1980, Dr. Skousen has been editor in chief of Forecasts & Strategies, a popular award-winning investment newsletter published by Eagle Publishing in Washington, D. C. He is also editor of his own website, www.mskousen.com, and editor of three trading services, Skousen Hedge Fund Trader, Skousen High Income Alert and Skousen Turnaround Trader and the creator and producer of FreedomFest, an annual gathering of the freedom movement from around the world, held every July in Las Vegas
Joel Nagel

Joel M. Nagel is founder and managing partner of the international law firm of Nagel & Associates, LLC. The firm is Pittsburgh’s first law boutique focusing exclusively on international commercial transactions and immigration. Among Mr. Nagel’s recent accomplishments is structuring a 2,500-acre international hotel resort complex in Nicaragua for an investor group. He also has structured a three-acre boutique resort in Ambergris Caye, Belize; helped create the first African and Central American motorbus distribution facility for a major U.S. bus line; and established worldwide financial institutions for banks, insurance companies, hedge funds, and mutual funds.
Trevor Bradley
Marketing and Client Relations and Development Officer
Trevor Bradley is the Marketing and Client Relations and Development Officer for Georgetown Trust, Ltd. He has lived in Belize all his life, gaining a wealth of experience in this jurisdiction's banking and travel industries over the past 17 years, with a solid grip on its political and economic history. His professional background includes travels to Puerto Rico, Panama, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Mexico and various cities in the United States.
Michael Checkan

ASI is a Maryland corporation established in 1982. ASI is a boutique operation working in the areas of precious metals, foreign currencies, and overseas wealth protection. Michael and his business partner, Glen O. Kirsch, are the two principals in the firm that specializes in helping individuals globalize assets utilizing the international precious metal and foreign currency markets. ASI buys and sells precious metals (gold, silver, platinum and palladium) in coins, bars and certificates; plus, numismatics for delivery in various parts of the world. Also, it deals in foreign currencies from more than 100 different countries in cash bank notes, travel checks and payments abroad.
Michael Cobb
Gran Pacifica, CEO & co-founderDuring a successful career in the computer industry, Mr. Cobb decided to leave and pursue more pioneering opportunities in the emerging real estate markets of Central America. He and his business partner formed a company, Exotic Caye International, to provide loans to North Americans purchasing properties in Belize, Honduras and throughout the region. As the need for capital outstripped the supply, the mortgage company was converted to an international bank under the jurisdiction of Belize. It continues to provide mortgage services, but has expanded its services to encompass the full realm of financial products. Michael Cobb has spoken at over 100 international conferences about real estate financing and development. He has acted as a consultant to the Oxford Club and gives counsel to various real estate projects throughout Central America.
